For this week, I chose chicken to be my butchery animal. I bought a whole chicken from the market and butchered out the legs and breast. I decided to make a chicken curry, so I got some vegetables ready too, such as garlic and onions.
I have fried the garlics, onions and added the chicken with melted butter(I wasn't able to find ghee). Then, I added ground spices as I learned in the class foods of the world, 'Garam malasa'.
I cooked the chicken with garam masala until the chicken got slightly cooked and the fragrant was filling the air. I added concasséd tomatoes, peeled and chopped. I added coconut milk, seasoned it with some salt and pepper.
