For my assignment, I actually wanted to visit a farmer and interview the person. But it was hard, and I it was hard for a student who lives downtown to find and actual farmer. I was trying to look for a farmer, but it wasn't easy. So I went to a market I go often, to ask about their food products.

This was the market, and the sections were divided according to the products they were selling. Because some of the products are Korean product, some of the products such as rice, or frozen products were imported from Korea.
This person, the year supervisor answered most of my questions. He basically knew all everything about the market, so it was helpful listening about the market. H

"Pork ribs are a cut of pork popular in North American and Asian cuisines. The ribcage of a domestic pig, meat and bones together, is cut into usable pieces, prepared by smoking, grilling, or baking – usually with a sauce, often barbecue – and then served. " - wikipedia
This is how I cooked my ribs.
While pan frying the ribs, prepare the sauce. The ingredients are: Finely chopped green onions, Crushed garlic, soy sauce, soju (korean liquor), sugar, cumin ground, and some water. Mix all the ingredients together.
